I’M XIOMELIE, GLAD YOU’RE HERE.

Somewhere in the middle of all of that, I started thinking about memory—

About how much life happens in a single day, and how easily the lessons and small moments slip by if we don’t pause long enough to notice them. I realized that one day my daughters might wonder who their mother was while they were growing up — what she cared about, what she was building, and how she lived her life in those early years.

So I began writing things down. Not everything — some stories are still just for them — but enough to capture the rhythm of this season.
